I am a 63 year old female and have struggled with sinus drainage/infections for the past 40 years.  In my twenties I discovered bee pollen helps drainage of sinuses, and started taking bee pollen on a daily basis.  I went from numerous bouts with sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia every 3 - 4 months, to essentially zero . Unfortunately over the years, the manufacturers quality of product has gone down hill, and it only works well if they leave the highest level of the natural ingredient as possible in the capsule.So I turned to Kate and asked her if she could make me a personal tincture with bee pollen for my sinuses drainage.  After using the tincture for a little over a month, I love it!  I put a drop in my coffee in the morning and usually within 10 minutes it starts working.  If I’m a little congested at night, I will add a drop to whatever beverage I am drinking, and again, usually within 10 minutes, it starts working. Thank you Kate for creating this for me, and giving me a better quality of life!
